GET CURIOUS. FEEL BETTER.

Hi, I’m steph (she/they)!

I support women and folks in the LGBTQIA2S+ community to reduce their pain, improve movement, and gain a deeper understanding of their bodies and nervous systems. My modalities are individual and group Somatic Coaching and Trauma-informed Bodywork. I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, Medical Acupuncture Provider, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (qualifying).

I’m on a life-long journey to understand the human nervous system, pain, and ways in which humans can live well in the modern world. Based on the science I currently understand, our bodies are capable of healing themselves when given the proper support. I can help you build your toolbox of support systems!

I am a queer, cis-female settler with Mexican, Spanish and Welsh ancestry, living and working in Tkaronto (Toronto). I am always growing and learning in order to practice from a feminist, sex-positive, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, class-conscious approach that is trans, queer and gender non-conforming positive.

I love to play as much as possible! When I’m not near a treatment table or my laptop, you can find me biking around the city, walking my dog, camping, hiking, travelling, rock climbing, lifting heavy things, dancing with friends, or exploring new forms of movement.

I’m a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
